There will be no survivors, when our Rolling Chassis arrive. Built on our dominate line of frames and using only the best America made components. The competition never stood a chance. While others take a frame and stick crap on it and claim it’s a roller, our chassis are the flawless foundation for the complete bike.

It all starts with our 300 softail Maelstrom frame. This frame features 100% TIG welded, raised engine and transmission mounts, internal forkstops, preinstalled Timken Bearings with stainless steel dust covers, and Zinc plated axle. The frame’s neck is filled in and includes open ports that allow wiring to pass through.

This sheetmetal is a one of a kind fabricated design that includes raised spines on the gas tank and rear fender. Side panels were added to the rear fender connecting it to the frame. These panels fit the contour of the swing and rear wheel. The rear fender spines up around the custom gator seat and flairs out at the end. Installed in its flair is a concealed LED taillight. The license tag bracket is welded to the frame. Sheetmetal was added to the bracket to covertly hide its wiring.

This roller includes our Thorn wheel design. Finished in chrome, the Thorn indiscriminately rains down havoc on those that would oppose it. The front end is an American Suspension 63mm Phantom Inverted. This is one of the thickest front ends on the market today. It includes a concealed brake line and built in front brake caliper.

This is a non-production one of a kind rolling chassis built by Carolina Custom Products.
It comes completely preassembled.
