Your satisfaction is important to us, so we have also provided a short customer service survey to enable us to improve. Once you have submitted both the warranty form and customer survey, we would like to thank you by sending out a care package including a Carolina Custom T-Shirt.

We are also giving our customers an opportunity to receive a FREE Carolina Custom branded Yeti® Tumbler. All you have to do is submit a 1-3 minute video of your truck bed in action along with the survey and warranty form. All three must be submitted in order to receive your Yeti®.

Warranty Form

During the Warranty Period, Carolina Custom Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
