Carolina Custom Products Aluminum Superior Truck bed comes fully loaded with tons of standard features. From built-in toolboxes, to polished aluminum fender flares, this bed gets the job done and looks great doing it. The Aluminum Superior features the rust free advantages of an aluminum body and combines the strength of a steel sub-frame that exceeds industry standards.

At the heart of every bed is our Heavy-Duty Steel Sub-Frame, and with a 40,000 lbs. rating, we offer the strongest gooseneck cradle on the market. We also use an engineered, tested, and proven mounting system to ensure safety and provide the best weight disbursement throughout your truck chassis.
Aerodynamic Headache Rack
Our aerodynamic headache racks are built tough with 3/16" aluminum and are completely bolt on, allowing for simple and quick replacements.
Built In Toolboxes
Contoured to your Beds design, our built in toolboxes reduce wind resistance, cut down fuel costs and reduce noise. For added security, we mount our hinges internally to be tamper proof and pair them with heavy duty lockable T-Handle latches.

60" CA models come with four toolboxes, and 84" CA models include six.

Integrated Work Lights System
Our integrated work light system turns your four 6.5" x 2.25" LED back-up lights into work lights. Conveniently located in the headache rack, this auxiliary switch makes all the difference.
1/4" Aluminum Tread Plate
Using a thicker tread plate than our competitors gives us an advantage, and gives you a more durable and stronger truck bed. We took this extra step to ensure our beds could stand tough and heavy loads.

LED Lighting
Our reputation for quality is in every aspect of our beds, so when it comes to lighting, we use American-made 7-diode LED’s with Lumenx® lenses and circuitry. Our LED lights come with built-in reflectors that exceed the Federal Lighting Guide without the need for reflective stickers.
D Rings
This bed comes standard with D-rings that enable you to easily strap down loads. 60” CA models come with six
D-rings, while 84” CA models come with eight.
2-1/2" Receiver
The Aluminum Superior's Receiver is rated at 18,000 pounds of towing capacity. This is tested though our Solid Edge simulation software, as well as at our testing grounds. All of our products are tested to ISO standards.
Sensor and Back-Up Camera installation
Installation of factory sensors and/or back up camera into your truck bed. Truck must come with sensors and/or back up camera.
Polished Aluminum
Fender Flares
Polished aluminum fender flares add a finished, clean look to this fully skirted bed.
One OEM 7-way & 4-way Socket
Our high-quality single unit OEM 7-way & 4-way sockets are located on the rear bumper for your towing needs.
Mud Flaps with Anti-Sail Brackets
Built-in Anti-Sail Brackets will keep your mud flaps straight and flat while your truck is in motion. Our CNC laser cut bracket bolts easily to the rear toolbox for simple and quick installation.
Sealed Wiring Harness with Water Resistant Plug In Play
We equip our beds with American-made wiring harnesses that are water tight and plug directly into your truck's factory harness without splicing. We use Dodge, Chevrolet, and Ford factory connectors on all standard beds, making installation simple and providing you with a deeper level of confidence you can depend on.

6” Fold-Down Side Rails with Tailgate
Made out of 3/16” smooth aluminum, fold down sides add versatility when compared to standard drop in sides. This makes loading and unloading certain objects easier. Our tailgate has a contoured design that flows with the back of your bed. Our fold down sides are removable. Available in aluminum treadplate or black powder coat.

Bolt-on Rub Rails
Our bolt-on rub rails are made out of 3/8 X 3” aluminum bar, and make securing items a breeze. 60” CA models receive six rub rails, and 84” CA models receive eight rub rails.
